That beautiful encircled crane in flight has always been one of my favourite logos. I'm so glad that a comprehensive and inspiring book entitled Lufthansa and Graphic Design: Visual History of an Airline, is about to be released this year. It will document the brand identity, the design and advertising history of Deutsche Lufthansa from the 1920s to present day. Definitely a must-have piece for any design nerd.
